Dodoma
Dodoma is the capital city of Tanzania found in green plains of central Tanzania; it is a very peaceful city full of trees and regular rainfall throughout the year. The urban centre was first developed during the German war which also coincided with building of Tanzania Mid-highway around 1986. Most funds used to build Dodoma were donated by United Nations. Demand for housing services has also become higher ever since the country’s capital was transferred from Dar es Saalam to Dodoma. Many firms are expanding their offices to the region to be part of ever rising economic activities. Consequently, employees need to rent houses around the city to be near their offices. Real estate developers can buy cheap abandoned buildings around the city then renovate them to affordable housing facilities to cater for rising populations.
